    We are the 4th year college students taking up Bachelor of Elementary Education
    specializing Pre-school Education. We would like to ask permission to conduct an Observation,
    Interview and Survey to the Pre-service teachers who are assign in LNU PLC, that will help to
    accomplish our research entitled Handling Bullies and Bullied Children: The Case of Pre-
    Service Teachers of LNU-PLC.

    If this permission is granted the interview and survey is no longer in 3 hours. We will
    assure you that your response and information that will help us to accomplish this study will
