    Dear Valued Customer,

    Here at Guangzho Dough Company, we hold the quality and safety of our food products
    to the highest of standards. It is through these standards that we have been able to grow our
    large, trusting customer base. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstance with a third-party
    vendor, we have to halt production of your product, baozi dough, for the foreseeable future. This
    vendor had a critical mechanical failure with the dough packaging machine. We are working with
    them closely to get this resolved quickly.

    We take this issue very seriously and are working on a solution as quickly as possible.
    We understand and appreciate your reliance on our product and value your patience with this
    issue. Our brother company can still provide you with dough during the interim session; our staff
    would me more than happy to guide your establishment through it.
