leadership position with your school! I have the privilege of working with Wendy at Al-Bayan Bilingual
School, in Kuwait, where I serve as the elementary principal. Wendy is a teacher and a Grade Level
Coordinator (GLC) at our school. She is a consistent and compassionate teacher leader, who advocates for
her colleagues, as well as for all of her students!

Wendy is a dedicated teacher leader who brings a high level of passion and dedication to her
work. She is very principle centered in her daily work, never forgetting or being distracted from
her goal of working for what is in the best interest of her students. She possesses a warm smile
and friendly demeanor and relates well to her fellow teachers, students, and parents. Wendy
is very student focused and data driven. Wendy’s enthusiasm for improving student instruction makes a
