Respected sir ,

Through Proper Channel Transfer to Moradabad vide GM order dated 08/01/2018

with due respect ,I beg to say that ,I have been recently transferred to SBI , Jwala Nagar , Moradabad . I
am unable to join as,

1.) My husband is posted in ICICI Lombard , Merut and I am single parent taking care of the kids in
Bareilly.

2.)My son is in VIII th class in Vyas World School Bareilly , his exams are due in next few weeks , If I leave
the station he will not be in condition to complete his session, and at this point of time ,will not get
admission in any of the schools in Moradabad .

3.) My daughter is four year old and is dependant on me , she is also studying in Vyas World School in
Bareilly .

4.In Bareilly , I stay with my old parents ,My mother is suffering from Parkinson and father is patient of
Diabetes and High Blood Pressure along with Pancreatitis. They are unable to take care of the kids for
full time .

5. My in laws occasionally visit my place, as my father in law has undergone knee replacement surgery
, I have the responsibility of my kids and my old parents.

Kindly consider my case , so that I can continue unhindered services to the reputed organization.
