    1. All divisions of OGC Management Inc. are required to prepare a group performance for the Year-End Party on December 18, 2017. 2. The groups will be Finance & Treasury Division, Real Estate Operations Division 1, Real Estate Operations Division 2, Corporate Affairs & Compliance Division, and non-OGC employees. The performance order will be determined by a random draw. 3. Each group's presentation must be 5 minutes or less and can include songs, dances, short films, skits or other performances. It must involve only legitimate employees and follow broadcast standards. Winners will be chosen by judges based on criteria including creativity, audience impact, use of props, and stage presence.

    CONTEST : GROUP PRESENTATION

    All divisions shall prepare a group performance to be rendered during our Year-
    End Party on 18 December 2017.

    The groups to perform are:


    OGC Management, Inc. a. Finance & Treasury Division
    b. Real Estate Operations Division 1 (Supervisors and Managers)
    Year End Party 2017 c. Real Estate Operations Division 2 (Technical Services Employees)
    d. Corporate Affairs & Compliance Division
    e. Non-OGCMI
    Order of performance shall be arranged by draw lots before the program starts.

    Theme of performance : LOVE

    Mechanics:
    1. Each group shall showcase a maximum of 5 minutes presentation (the group may
    choose either song or dance number, short film, music video, skit, drama, etc.)
    2. The presentation must be done and/or performed by legitimate employees of Ortoll
    Group of Companies.
    3. If performances were a movie or TV program, it should pass the MTRCB standards.
    4. Set of judges will be revealed during the event.

    Criteria for Judging:


    1. 30% Concept (Creativity, Artistry, Style & Originality)
    2. 30% Audience Impact (Entertainment Value, Reaction, Effect)
    3. 20% Props and Costumes (Relevance, Ingenuity)
    4. 10% Execution (Energy & Timing)
    5. 10% Stage Presence (Significance of each performing member, Blocking)

    The group/s with the best performance shall win
