Brief/ Questions to What is the showcase about? (More detailed, ALL the client. it is very vague) What awards are we going to be giving out? (What catorgories, what trophies, etc…) Whose going to choose the winner out of the nominated videos? (Potentially: Poll) Where online is it going to be broadcasted? (Specifically: how, with what, etc…) How will it be advertised? Will there be age restrictions? Is anybody allowed into the main hall? Will we have to give veiwer discretion? Is there a set running time? What we will have acessiable to us? Are we allowed to ask other people outside of this Year 13 class to help? (Younger years, people outside of school, etc…) How long do we have to set-up? Are we allowed to use outside equipment? Can we book the main hall beforehand? (a few days before to set up and keep people out of it) Are we allowed to ask for help from staff?? Do we have a budget to work with? And if so, how much is it? Are we charging for entry?
