Identify the Drain points and visually indicates to avoid

5 Make sure all the cooling coils are bypassed

6 All drains are closed
7 Apply the chemical as per manufactures instruction
Circulate the chemical minimum of 4 hrs, max of 6 hrs

as per the system requirement

9 Drain Cleaning chemical from the specified drain points

Carry out the balanced flush untill the system has been

cleared from chemical

11 Clean strainers
12 Take water sample and inspect and record the result
13 If within acceptable tolerance proceed to next stage
14 Ensure the system is filled with clean water

7 Fill the system with clean water
Back flush the terminal devices and remove the dirt

from the cooling coils

Carry out the balanced flush untill the system has been

cleared

10 Take water sample and inspect visually

If the system quality is within the specified range add
11 the final chemical and make sure the quantity by
inspecting the sample
Take water sample and inspect and record the quality
12 control paramters
