Strengths of the lesson:

 Jawaher begins very enthusiastically, with a big smile and a very positive attitude

 Jawaher starts the class with small activity, Jawaher asks the students if she said
(stand up) they will stand up – if she asks to sit down, they will sit down.
 The students are motivated and interacting with Jawaher, and they react
according to what she asks.
 Jawaher asks one of the learners to count the girls only, then she asks one of the
boys to count the boys in the class.
 Jawaher gives the girls strawberry and she gives the boys grapes.
 Jawaher ask questions about the strawberry, for example, the strawberry came
from where?
 Jawaher explains about the plants, what plants need.
 Jawaher is always making eye contact with her students.
 Jawaher plays a game with students at the end of the lesson.
Areas for development:
Jawaher must set a long term goal of developing her English language skills. Luckily,
Jawaher is already very fluent and very comfortable communicating with her students
and her colleagues in English. Now, she must focus on making less grammatical errors
when she speaks.

Jawaher you need to work on you class management skills, it is difficult to control KG
students, but maybe in future you might create some signs, for example a sign of mouth,
when they see this sign they can be quit. Think about how you can improve your class
management skills.

Jawaher, KG students not all of them were listening to you, they might need more visual
activity, for example, if you made a flash cards with some pictures of sun , water to explain
the lesson, which might look better.

Final comment:
Overall, Jawaher is comfortable in her role as a teacher. The assigned time of each activity
was suitable and the lesson objective met during the class period.

It was a real pleasure seeing you in class today 
