OBJECTIVE:

- To celebrate the birthday of the Patron Saint Padre Pio of Pietrelcina

- To know the life and works of San Padre Pio
- To deepen the devotion and spirituality of people to God and through his
intercession
- To unite and have a camaraderie among devotees and fraternities in different area

SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTH

- All participants in the event have a devotion to St. Padre Pio

- The venue is very conducive and fit to the event because it has a chapel and has a
pavilion
- Build camaraderie among devotees
- Strengthen relationship among each other
- Environment friendly and religious set up of the venue

WEAKNESSES

- The venue is not in metro manila area we need to visit and have an ocular
- The client is religious type person the reason why he want the event to be
solemnize and prayerful
- Final head count of attendees
- We need to find suppliers near to the area
- Not everyone is devotees of St Padre Pio
OPPORTUNITIES

- Very unique concept and unusual program

- Venue is very conducive for any type of event specially weddings
- Full package services
- We can give satisfaction to client and recommend to his network of friends

THREATS

- The venue is outside Metro Manila, participants came from different areas in Metro
Manila and near provinces
- Participants may arrive late in the venue
- Food supplies for late comers/guest
- The client cannot monitor the preparation for the event due to her schedule

ACTION PLAN
- We need to inform the participants to have an allowance time before coming to the
event
- Consider the religious approach for the set up and decoration
- Minimal presentation and games
- Provide buffer in case of additional guest
- Create event page on social media for head count
- Check the weather forecast three days before the event
- Standby or provide a generator in case of brownout
- Provide additional souvenirs for unexpected guest
- Send via email or thru phone call all progress report during the preparations to the
client

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The Fortress of San Padre Pio de Pietrelcina was established last May 25, 2008 through the
initiative of Dionisio Family. The family is a devotee of St. Padre Pio this place is intended for the private
function before there’s a place for the retired priest and chapel it is also good for meditation moment or
retreat purposes and seminars the place has a human made station of the cross, rosary garden, pavilion
and dormitories.

Most of the private event here is weddings, birthdays, retreats and recollections, teambuilding
and leadership capacity, and other religious activities. Through the ecological and religious theme of this
venue many people attracted to this beauty.
