REFERENCE LETTER

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a registered nurse in Las Pinas Doctors Hospital from 2012 up to present and had
been the senior nurse of Sheryl from January 2013 to January 2017.

My colleague, Sheryl is very skilled as a nurse. I have seen her develop from a novice
to a proficient and professional nurse. As I have known her, she does not quit easily,
particularly in unfamiliar and difficult task assigned to her. She will seek help, do
research and ask questions to ensure patient safety and quality care. As she also
became a senior nurse who looks over other staff, she is very accountable. She makes
sure that functions and duties are done timely and accurately.

Furthermore, I have observed that she is diligent can naturally establish rapport with
patients, and has developed harmonious professional relationship with fellow staffs
around her including me.

With this, I believe that she will be an asset to an institution she will be working in the
future.
