Ensures all BEO for all event around in Grand Ballroom ( 2000 pax ) and small 7 meeting
room
Closing cashier summary on shift basis
Learn the FB programs that are still valid and keeping update information on the new
programs in the end execute them by giving sufficient information to the guests
create a daily report and month report for the event in the banquet and restaurant.
Ensure that all necessary details for an event are clear with all department and all staff
concerned
Handle setting Lay-out according to The guest request
Always resetting the meeting equipment ( only item needed to refill, like mineral water,
candies or etc. ) for buffet menu should be refill as per package, that to be confirmed on
BEO, or there is any request for additional package from the guest and it should be know
and approve by the superior level or with department concern.
After the event done ,make sure all the area cleaned and electricity should be off
Grouping all clean equipment and keep with nice decoys stem at pantry or back area, &
Collect banquet supplies ; tissue ,toothpicks , straw ,coaster, cover glass, etc.( good
condition ) and keep at banquet store
Report if any lost & found on the area after event to superior or make not in log book
