restaurant Manager).

❖ Worked in Renaissance Hotel as a Bartender from 28th March 2005 to 1st September 2007.
❖ Worked in Lotus Suites (Orchid Group), an Ecotel Hotel from 1st November 2002 to 14th March 2005.

Job Description:
➢ Butler on call at J.W. Marriott for V.I.P. Guests, Celebrities & Bollywood stars.
➢ Welcoming V.I.P & V.V.I.P guests, overseeing to all their food & beverage needs, occasional and
functional requirements.
➢ Promoting various food festivals and brunches among the in-house and regular V.I.P & V.V.I.P guests.
➢ Experience in all areas of Food & Beverage Services ranging from Banqueting, In room Dining,
Specialty Restaurants, 24 /7 Coffee Shop & Poolside Service.
➢ Prepared all beverages according to company’s standards with proper measurements, garnishments,
serving practice.
➢ Mixed ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
➢ Conversing with guest and providing them information to promote drinks and offers.
➢ Providing suggestions for alternatives if requested drink is currently not available.
➢ Inventory in-charge, stocking, restocking, ordering supplies etc.
➢ Maintaining cleanliness of bar and creating/arranging attractive and innovative décor to attract
customers.
Certifications:
Successfully completed the Core Fire Fighting Training program held at Renaissance Hotel.
Academics:
Cleared Preparatory Program (HSC) from Yashwantrao Chavan University in 2012.
Computer Skills:
Knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and Power point.
