SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (TRANSFER OF TITLE) - SAMPLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, JUAN DELA CRUZ, of legal age, and resident of Tuguegarao City, do hereby
name, appoint and constitute as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead Pedro Dela Cruz, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of
Tuguegarao City, to do the following acts, to wit:
1. To work, process, cause the transfer of a parcel of land in our favor designated
as Lot A Area of 1000 with Title No. 999 .
2. To secure and submit all necessary and pertinent documents for the aforesaid
transfer from City’s Assesor’s Office, Gattaran, Cagayan, Provincial Assesor’s
Office, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Tuguegarao
City, Cagayan, Department of Agrarian Reform, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan and
Registry of Deeds, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan;
3. To transact and/or to pay all the taxes and necessary fees for the transfer of the
aforesaid lot;
4. To prepare and sign any and all documents for and in my stead in connection
with the foregoing and to carry into effect the power herein granted;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform every act or thing whatsoever requisites and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do if personally present, and hereby cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
