LADDER, CABLE TRAY AND TRUNKING THROUGH THE WALL AND
SLAB LOCATION

I. BIỆN PHÁP THI CÔNG FILL LỖ THANG MÁNG CÁP XUYÊN TƯỜNG/ METHODS
STATEMENT TO FILL THE HOLES WITH CABLE LADDER, CABLE TRAY AND TRUNKING
THROUGH THE WALL LOCATION (Xem hình 1/ Figure 1)
1. Lắp đặt sleeve/ Install sleeves:
- Gia công sleeve làm bằng tôn dày 0.8mm, có kích thước tương ứng với thang máng cáp đi qua
tường.
Produce sleeves: Made by 0.8mm thick steel, the size corresponding to the cable tray, cable trunking
& cable ladder through the wall.
- Cắt tường kích thước tương ứng với kích thước sleeve. Đục lỗ xuyên tường theo vị trí đã cắt.
Cut the wall size corresponding to sleeves size. Chisel hole through the wall in the cut position.
- Đặt sleeves vào lỗ đã đục trên tường. Dùng vữa xi măng trám cho bằng phẳng, vuông vức.
Put the sleeves into holes that are perforated on the wall. Apply cement mortar to flat, square.
2. Lắp đặt thang máng cáp xuyên qua sleeves đã đặt trên tường.
Install cable tray ladders through the sleeves placed on the wall.
3. Sau khi tường đã hoàn thiện xây tô, thang máng cáp đã được kéo dây hoàn tất sẽ tiến hành backfill lỗ.
The contractor will fill the hole after the wall is completed, the electric cable is pulled in the cable
tray
- Vật tư chuẩn bị/ Preparation materials:
+ Tôn dày 0.8 mm cắt kích thước tương ứng với thang máng cáp và lỗ sleeves.
Sheet metal thickness 0.8 mm cutting size corresponding to cable trunking (and cable ladder, cable
tray) and hole sleeves.
+ Silicone/ Silicone
+ Đinh thép/ Steel nails
- Thực hiện/ Execution
+ Dùng silicone trét đều lên mặt tole và dán tôn vào 1 mặt tường. Đóng đinh thép cố định tole vào
tường.
Use silicone plastered on the surface of the steel sheet and paste on a wall surface. Steel nail
fixed sheet steel to the wall.

+ Tại mặt tường đối diện: chèn silicone vào kẽ hở giữa thang máng cáp và sleeves. Dùng silicone trét
đều lên mặt tôn và dán tôn vào tường. Đóng đinh thép cố định tôn vào tường.
At the opposite wall face: insert the silicone into the crevice between the cable tray ladder and
the sleeves. Use silicone plastered on the sheet steel and stick to the wall. Steel nail fixed plate sheet
metal to the wall.
+ Bắn silicone kín giữa mí tôn và tường./ Seal silicone between the sheet metal and wall face.
+ Vệ sinh bụi bẩn, silicon vị trí fill lỗ./ Clean the fill location.

THROUGH THE SLAB LOCATION:
Yêu cầu sàn tại lỗ kỹ thuật phải hoàn thiện, các công tác kéo dây, cố định thang máng cáp đã thực
hiện xong/ Requested to complete the wiring and construction work.
1. Công tác chuẩn bị/ Preparation: (xem hình 2/ Figure 2)
- Vật tư chuẩn bị/ Preparation materials:
+ Tôn dày 2mm cắt kích thước tương ứng với thang máng cáp và lỗ xuyên sàn/ Sheet metal thickness
2mm cut to size corresponding to cable ladder (or cable tray, cable trunking) and the technical hole.
+ Silicone/ Silicone
+ Tắc kê, vít/ Anchors, screws.
- Vệ sinh bề mặt lỗ thang máng cáp xuyên sàn: Lau sạch bụi bẩn mặt trên và mặt dưới lỗ kỹ thuật và
thang máng cáp, giữ khô ráo/ clean the backfill location
2. Thực hiện backfill lỗ/ Implementation of hole backfill: (xem hình 2/ Figure 2)

- Mặt dưới sàn/ Bottom surface

+ Dùng silicone trét đều lên mặt tôn và dán tôn vào mặt dưới sàn/ Glued to the floor sheet metal
plate with silicone.
+ Khoan sàn và đóng tắc kê, vặn vít giữ chặt tôn/ Install anchor bolts fixed sheet metal plate.
+ Bắn silicone kín giữa mí tôn và sàn/ Seal silicone between the sheet metal and slab.
+ Vệ sinh bụi bẩn, silicon khu vực backfill lỗ/ clean the backfill location.
- Tại mặt sàn/ On the floor
+ Chèn rockwool vào kẽ hở giữa thang máng cáp và thành lỗ./ Insert rockwool into the gap between
the cable ladder and the hole.
+ Dùng silicone trét đều lên mặt tôn và dán tôn lên mặt sàn/ Glued to the floor sheet metal plate with
silicone.
+ Khoan sàn và đóng tắc kê, vặn vít giữ chặt tôn/ Install anchor bolts fixed sheet metal plate.
+ Bắn silicone kín giữa mí tôn và sàn/ Seal silicone between the sheet metal and floor.
+ Vệ sinh bụi bẩn, silicone tại vị trí backfill lỗ/ Clean the fill hole location
