Diwali – 2018 is approaching , last year we had a good experience and grand  celebration of Diwali by the all‐round 
performance of our teams , this year  also we are planning to reciprocate the same  in a  much bigger way . We have 
been continually knocked by many enthusiastic employees to participate in the forthcoming Diwali events  ,  please 
find below the  list  of tentative events for your perusal and nomination.

The above list is tentative and may vary depending upon programme management committee. All the interested 
participants are requested to send their nomination by mail to Ms. Aditi Mitra , Dy. Manager – HR ( 
aditi.mitra@shyamsteel.com) with respect to each events/category  , employee may also send their  suggestions , if 
any to  undersigned or Shri Manish Goel ( mg_2610@yahoo.co.in) on any new concept or ideas to celebrate diwali. 
 
 
Participants list will be finalised by the programme management committee after completion and validation of  all 
the nominations with respect to  above category. Last date of sending your nomination is 09.10.2018 . Your time
