PARENT - TEACHER MEETING REPORT

The first internal exam got over by 17th September 2016 and we have made phone calls to
all parents (54) till 20th September 2016 and informed about the Parent Teachers Meeting
after which the progress reports were dispatched to their respective address. Parent
Teacher Meeting was conducted on September 21, 2016. Six parents were reported for the
meeting, out of which all parents were given the feedback. In the meeting faculties have
given all information about the students to their parents especially regarding their
performance in internal exam and class participation. We received following suggestions
from the parents.

• Guidance for getting the job in Industry

• Internship Programme for the students

• Practical Training in industry

• More projects and Industrial visits

• Aptitude test, special programme for competitive exam.
