BASIC ELECTRONICS
I. OBJECTIVES

 To be able to know the principle of how the breadboard works.

 To be able to connect a simple connection with LEDs.
 To be able to incorporate a DIP switch in the connections of the LEDs.
 To be able to make a functioning circuit.

II. MATERIALS USED

 Breadboard
 LED
 Wires
 9V Battery
 Battery Holder
 Four-Terminal DIP Switch
 Resistors

III. PROCEDURE

1. Prepare the materials needed and make sure to test every bulb to make sure
it works.
2. Put the DIP switch in its designated position.
3. Connect both sides of the breadboard by using the wires
4. Prepare the first series of lights with its resistor and by connecting it directly
to the DIP switch.
5. Prepare the second series of lights with its resistors and by connecting it to
the positive side at the bottom of the breadboard.
6. Prepare the third series of lights with its resistors and by connecting it to the
negative side at the bottom of the breadboard.
7. Prepare the fourth circuit by connecting it to the positive and negative side
at the upper side of the breadboard.
8. Operate the switches to see the lights working.

IV. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED

 Finding creative ways to conserve wire is quite a task for us

 Finding a way to make the 4th switch work was quite tricky.
