materials.

Task Description

LOGICAL PLAN

Step 1: Time:we are going to work on it for 25

Great job working with Inhwa to create an attractive and well developed
solution. I know you still have some work to do but the removable filters
are such a nice touch. Great Design! I would love to see more
explanation and tracking of changes that you made to your design and

Step-by-Step Description:

● Cut out the 5 piece of box in the same size but one we cut one
of the piece of box to have a size of 50cm and 55cm.
● Tape all the whole that is on the piece of cardboard so that it
doesn’t has any air coming out from there when we actually test
the filter and using it also.

cardboard so it get more stable and not bubbly

- We have put a future board in the middle fi every piece of - We have to do this because our cardboard piece was not strong

● We tape all the future board on to the middle section of the
cardboard, it depend on how many we need to make it stable
enough.

● We stick all five piece together so that it make somewhat like a


box but still missing one side of the box leave and that is the
front.

● We tape the front piece to the box, in this part we need to cut
the middle section of the piece of cardboard out so that there is
air coming out through the product( in the picture ).

Step-by-Step Description:
● Cut 4 piece of future board in a large size to fit the bottom part
of the box.
● The second is cut 4 piece of future board in a smaller piece to fit
the top part of the box and also we need to cut out 8 small
pieces of future board to fit the area between the bottom piece
of future board and the top part.

Step-by-Step Description:
● Stick all the pieces of future board that we cut out in a total of 16
piece.
● Place and stick it with glue gun in a proper space so that the
whole thing fit properly.

Step-by-Step Description:
● Cut out a rectangular piece of future board and cut out a little
piece of future board that is the size of our tom, stick it together
like the photo shown.

● Measure the weight of the rectangular future board so that we


can cut the tissue out.
● Multiply the amount of weight by two so that we are cutting the
tissue paper properly so that we can use it as a two layer filter.
● Cut the tissue out and glue it with the glue gun on the actual
future board and glue it on top of each other till it has no space
or whole in the middle( as the picture shown ).

- What we change is that we uses the filter board to cover up the - We change it because We think that future board covering the
actual cardboard instead of painting the box so that it mange the actual cardboard will also make the box more stable and not
