MINUTES OF MEETING REGARDING IT LAB PAYMENT

The meeting started with the recitation of Holy Quran. The Deputy Director
Finance district education authority Rawalpindi briefed participants about the agenda.

Sr. Task. Responsibility

1 System Network Administrator Rawalpindi discussed CEO District Education
the agenda item briefed to all participants during the Authority
technical inspection of IT labs it was found that the
Microsoft windows is not according to the tender /
document specification. As per documentation
Microsoft windows 10 professional 64bit bit was
demanded but vendor provided Microsoft upgrade
windows 10 64bit professional. The Microsoft
licensing document is attached. The committee
decided to inform vendor in written to make windows
specification to according the tender document
2 Deputy Director Finance Briefed that as per contract CEO District Education
agreement vendor has to complete his work of Authority
establishment of IT labs by 14 May 2018.As per
documentation provided the work was not completed
on time. The bill of entry showing date 30 June 2018.
District Education authority will take action and
communicate to vendor in written
