POSITION: Officer Sales & Marketing

Selected candidates can be put in different Sales and marketing functions of Asian Paints i.e. Retail
Sales, Project Sales, Services or Home Improvement Division of Company which is into Bath
Fittings and Modular Kitchen. He would be assigned the responsibility of a Territory/Area after
adequate training. He would be responsible for achieving sales targets by servicing existing clients,
adding new clients, ensuring timely collection of payments and taking requisite market
development initiatives from time to time. The job would require extensive travelling.

Can be anywhere in North India

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks
throughout their education without any backlog. (i.e. candidate must have achieved a
minimum of 50% marks throughout education with first attempt)
• The graduation must be through a full time, regular day course
• Computer literate and possess good numerical and communication skills
• Age: Less than 26 years (At time of application)
• Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi
• Applicant should be Indian Citizen or hold relevant residence status

CTC
Monthly 43968
Annual 5.86 Lacs

Travel and mobile expenses are paid as per set limits and not included in the CTC mentioned above

Selection Process:-
The selection process comprises of an objective written test, Group Discussion & 2 rounds of
Personal Interviews.

Final job offer of selected candidates will be subject to submission of all educational certificates
including graduation and post-graduation certificates
