Tubing Cap, Vol & CT Cap, Vol
• Tubing Capacity & Volume • CT Capacity & Volume

Assuming Packer Depth = Assuming CT is @ BoP i.e.

Tubing Length 7350’
Hole Volume & CT-Tbg Ann Vol
• Hole Capacity & Volume • CT-Tubing Annular Volume
Hydrostatic Head @ ToP &
Treating Fluid Height

Since Total Volume of Treating Fluid is 50 bbl and total

volume of Hole + Tbg-CT Annular is 3.92+ 41.76 = 45.68 bbl.

The treating fluid will emerge from the wellbore before the
completion of Perforation wash.
CT Speed if Q = 0.80 bpm
Since 50 bbl are to be pumped at 0.80 bpm;
It will take 50/0.80 = 62.5 min to pump the fluid.

So to perform single cycle perforation wash CT speed will need to be:

100/62.5 = 1.6 ft/min.
