A. Regular on Site Visits (Per Diem) - PHP 2,500

B. Regular Coordinated Meetings during Construction (Per Diem) - PHP 2,500

C. Project Management (Monthly Rate) - PHP 40,000

D. Power and Lighting as-built layout drawings - TBD

E. Signing and sealing of electrical documents - TBD

III. Other Notes

- Per Diem fee is exclusive of any 12% VAT or 20% Professional Tax. Payment shall be
made during every visit.
- Project Management scope of work is limited to the prepared design upgrade. Project
management will be monitoring and executing the design upgrade via implementation
coordination with the awarded contractor. The timeline of project completion will be
coordinated with the owner and evaluated during the bidding process.
- Project Management Rate is exclusive of 12% VAT or 20% Professional Tax.
- Power and lighting as-built layout drawings needs to be evaluated by another visit to the
site by the consultant/designer in order to determine the amount of work required to be
done.
- Signing and sealing of electrical documents needs to have all the data for the power and
lighting as-built layout drawings to be able to determine the final rate of the signing
professional electrical engineer.
