Watch the Ted Talk on youtube called “The Ethics of Traveling” by Christof Winter (Can be

2. Why is where you decide to travel an ethical question? Think about the example of Kenya
and Europe that the speaker introduces.

3. How can you increase a person’s happiness by a lot (described as 0.3 points in the video)?

4. Why should this affect where you decide to travel?

5. Why does tourism create ‘happier’ jobs in poor regions of the world? Think about the miners
who changed jobs to be tour guides.
