Theme The theme is about One Love for Others. This is about there is no limit in
loving each other’s. All around the world should be loved whether human,
environment and also animals. The principle of altruist must be implied.

spiritual

Objective 1. To assist student of Tahfiz school to generate income by selling
the trees or flower.
2. To save planet by planting.
3. To build a stronger relationship between Tahfiz students and
public.
Focus group 1. Students in An-Nur Tahfiz school

Expected outcome 1. The school be able to generate income by opening nursery.
2. The school be able to train students to be an entrepreneur.
3. The garden will be one of their outside class
Activities 1. Preparing request for proposal document.
2. Choosing the contractor that providing saplings and flowers.
3. Searching any vendor that would like to give aid
4. Inspection on the contractor’s works.
5. Place all the saplings and flowers a day before launching day.
6. Launch the Planting Charity Day to An-Nur Tahfiz School by 1st
February 2020.
Tentative programme 1 October 2019: Inspection on current condition of the tahfiz’s backyard
and surrounding.

5 November 2019: Submitting of the recommendation idea and details of

the necessities for the planting progress.

6 November 2019: Preparing for request for proposal documents.

17 November 2019: Advertisement of the request for proposal

20 December 2019: Due date for the project bidding from the contractor

25 December 2019: Announcement on the chosen contractor for the

Sabahah Mini Equestrian Center.

26 December 2019: Contractor start choosing saplings and flowers

28 January 2020: Final inspection of the saplings and flowers

31 January 2020: Contractor deliver the saplings and flowers to Maahad

Deliverable Initializing: Identify the current condition of the school’s land area. Take
notes on the size of the area. List down all the problems and recommend a
plan to improvise the current condition of the land area in the tahfiz school.
Planning: The Planting Charity Day is planned to be settled by other
supplier. A well request for proposal document should be planned. The
requirement and criteria needed to be fulfilled by the supplier need to be
finalized. Payment term that will be made to the supplier should be well
planned.

Performing: The announcement for the request for proposal need to be

made to attract the contractor join the bidding session. A contractor need
to be chosen in order to performing the planting event. The supplier need
to be supervised during the period of choosing saplings and flowers to
ensure the items used and the development work in line as in the contract.

Closing: The final payment need to be settled right after the project is
done. Final round to check the quality of saplings and flowers need to be
done before planting event to ensure the plan is delivered with zero defect.
The feedback from the school is a must to make a report.
