 Start Ocular Survey at
Pigingan to Diseb and
patient assignment
 Case Finding and meet
the endorsed patient
from the previous
group;Do focus
assessment and health
teachings
 Conduct Pre-ARAS

 Wake up at 5:00 am and continue packing needed
thing for the community duty
Arrived at 6:30 at school and start travelling at 7:00
am and arrived to Karao at 10:00 am
 Arrived at the Karao, Bokod and arranged things
Do the assigned task to us, which is cleaning.
 Meal prep at 11 am and we ate lunch at 12nn-12:30
 Arrived at Pigingan after 1 hour hike, visited the
BHW of Bokod, Mrs Daisy and continue Ocular
survey at Pigingan and Diseb
o Meet the endorsed family and established
rapport
o Health teaching was done
o BP taking
 Conducted Pre-ARAS at 10pm. Able to share
expectations, observation and comment on the our
group as well as reflection about meeting the family
in Bokod.

Day 2 ( March 29, 2019)
