MOTIVATION LETTER

Application for Buddy and Host Family Program By AIESEC

Dear AIESEC UNSRI,

With this letter, I would like to give you my motivation and reasons why I am interested to
join this Buddy and Host Family Program to become the one of volunteer as a buddy of
Projects organized by AIESEC.

I was study Electrical Engineering at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya and i was graduated last
year. When i was study in University, my activity is join Unit of activity for Art students as
choir members and beside that we make some art event in our university. Then my activity
after graduated are looking for job and do part time job.

I am keenly interested in acquiring new experience and hopefully can get a new skills from a
project that I take in AIESEC especially in this program as Buddy for EP (Exchange
Participant). I’m interested to join as Buddy because I’d like to make a new friends, learn
about new knowledge and new culture from foreigners. I’d like to be connected with
foreigner since i was senior high school until now and i already have many foreigner friends
form many country. We’d like to sharing and exchange the information about our culture,
it’s really helpfull. Beside that, i had experience guide some of my foreigner friends in
Palembang. I accompanied them to walking around Palembang and explain them about our
culture here and it was great experience for me.

As a conclution, from my exprience, I believe that I can do a project as good as I can as a

Buddy who has responsibility to take care, accompany, guided the Exchange Participant
when they are doing the Internship in Palembang even i know i’m not perfect but i’ll try my
best to help them until everything done and make sure everything going well as long as they
