Narrative Report
S.Y. 2017-2018

On June 23, 2017 the Division Random Drug Testing

Team headed by Miss Hannah and Mr. Eugene Saylo
conducted an orientation regarding the conduct of Random
Drug Testing together with Murcia NHS School Head in the
person of Mr. Joel J. Samodio. This program was stipulated
in the DepEd Oder No.12 series of 2009 to secondary
students, teachers and non-teaching personnel in the
scheduled date and time set by the DepEd Central Office.
They also informed us about the creation of Barkada Kontra
sa Droga in school. They were able to discuss the
procedures and guidelines of the Random Drug Testing and
its corresponding laws and legal implications. It was also
included the members of the selection board for Random
Drug Testing and the Drug testing Coordination which is
preferably a Guidance Counselor of the School. They have
given us a copy of powerpoint presentation about NDEP,
Substance-Abused Drugs and Barkada Kontra sa Droga.
Formal letter was made and addressed to our School
Head for Faculty and Staff Meeting last June 22, 2017.
