Your employment with Brotzeit Philippines and its partners have been terminated due to the following
incidences:

Abandonment of work May 19 2015

AWOL for the period 20 to 23 May 2015
consistent substandard performance

These incidences are, by your conduct:

 willful and deliberate behavior inconsistent with the continuation of your contract of
employment
 caused a serious disruption of operations
 caused a serious and imminent risk to the reputation, viability and profitability of the operation

We consider that your actions constitute serious misconduct warranting summary dismissal.

You will be paid any accrued renumeration and outstanding balances including annuation.
