is the absolute and registered owner of a parcel of lot bearing specification to wit:

“A parcel of land (Lot 6-A of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-

297806, approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot
6, (LRC) Pcs-3528, L. R. C. Rec. No. 17170 & 17761, situated in the
Barrio of Pamplona, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on
the N., points 5 to 1, by Lot 4; points 1 to 2, by Lot 5; on the SE., points
2 to 3 by Lot 8 all of (LRC) Pcs-3528 (Existing Road);…… containing
an area of THREE THOUSAND (3,000) SQUARE METERS, more or
less.

located at Aria St., this barangay wherein adjacent to the perimeter of the
said vicinity rises a four (4) dried coconut trees which is detrimental and
hazardous to the safety and security of the vicinity and people using the said
place.

FURTHER CERTIFY that this Office has NO OBJECTION in lieu of their

request to cut-off the said coconut trees to ease the burden of danger and security
and to give way to what improvements the owner may seems good.

This CERTIFICATION is issued this 13th day of July in the Year of our Lord
Twenty Thousand and Eighteen at the Council of Brgy. Talon Uno, Las Piñas
City upon the request of requesting party, attesting among other of this Office
consent in cutting the trees and in their earnest desire and for whatever legal
purposes it may deem to use in the premises.
