HISTORY AND BACKGROUND

The Burger Station is a new burger shop that will cater the Malolenos and nearby towns with their new
and innovative approach to burger menu. The Burger Station will offer a different variety of meatless
burgers together with sides and other accompaniments that will excite the palate of our target market.

The Burger Station starts to conceptualized with the feasibility study of Shiela Mae Roque and Armie Riel
Dela Cruz, both Entrepreneur graduates of Bulacan State University. They want to create a business that
fits well with the lifestyle of their target market – need to be fast, fresh and at the same time, healthy
food option. And with the help of Ace Anne Bautista, a Food Technology student that time, they tried to
create a product that will fit in those criteria, which end up with the creation of Meatless patty –
combination of Soya Pulp and common ingredients used in making burger patties. But, turning this
feasibility study into a full-blown business with a projected physical store, were only started in a group
chat conversation on a social media.

Strategically located near the business district of Malolos, Bulacan, which will entice our target market –
the students and employees – with innovative products, welcoming ambiance and accessible location.

To serve high quality and best tasting food option, and to give excellent service to the customers, while
promoting healthy food alternatives.

LOCATION

The Burger Station will be located along McArthur Highway, Brgy. Guinhawa, in the city of Malolos
Bulacan. This is one of the most outstanding places for a burger house in Malolos as it is strategically
located nearby the Central Integrated Terminal and it was adjacent to Twins Plaza, in front is the
Puregold Supermarket and it is easily accessible to the employees of different establishments like the
Bulacan Capitol, Malolos Sports and Convention Center and the students of nearby schools like the
Bulacan State University and Centro Escolar University. Richard Keneath Flores, one of our partners in
the business, pledge that 500 square meter lot with a market value of 12,500,000, to be his share on the
business. The land area will be divided for the restaurant (400 square meters) and for the parking lot
(100 square meters). The restaurant will be subdivided for the open air restaurant with stage (200
square meters) and indoor restaurant (200square meters). The restaurant will be situated in a two story
building, and includes a dining area that could accommodate up to 100 diners (combination of indoor
and open air dining area) a kitchen and storage area, manager’s area and two comfort rooms.

FORM OF OWNERSHIP

The Burger Station will be operated by Gastronomic Food Company, formed by the partnership
of Armie Riel Dela Cruz, Shiela Mae Roque, Ace Anne Bautista, Renzo Batac and Richard Keneath Flores.
Their partnership was classified as Limited Partnership because Richard Keneath Flores agrees to use his
land for the business and claim a profit after adjusting all the operational cost on the income of the
business.

Renzo Batac, 22 years old Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate of Bulacan State
University and gain managerial experience in working on a Fast
Food Restaurant for the last 2 years.
Ace Anne Bautista, 21 years old Food Technology graduate of Bulacan State University and having
a background in Product Research and Development in a well-
known food processing company.
Armie Riel Dela Cruz, 21 years Entrepreneurship graduate of Bulacan State University and gain
old his entrepreneurial skills by working on their family-owned
catering business.
Richard Keneath Flores, 30 years Business Administration graduate of Bulacan State University and
old worked as Production Manager for 2 years and as Assistant
Manager for 3 years, before he went into investing in a Foreign
Exchange.
Shiela Mae Roque, 21 years old Entrepreneurship graduate of Bulacan State University and gained
her working experience as a Front Desk Manager in a well-known
hotel.
The partnership that turned into Gastronomic Food Company was started in a chat conversation
on social media of college classmates Armie Riel Dela Cruz and Shiela Mae Roque. They remember the
feasibility study they have made on their college days and jokingly proposed this to Ace Anne Bautista,
make it into a full-blown business.
