1. This offlce informs the lield on the conduct of the f-estival of learning resources a:rd giving of
the State of the Division Address (SODA) by the Schools Division Superintendent on July 8.
2019 from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm at Reynas' Garden, Tagbilaran City.

2. Participants to this activity are the fallorving:

o SDO LRMDS personnel
c PSDSs and Acting PSDSs
r Central School Principals
r Secondary School Principals
o District LR Coordinators and Librar,v Hub Librarians
. Event Committee members

-1. One of the highlights is the exhibit of sontextualized learning resources developed by school
administrators and teachers in support to curriculum delivery. Relative to this, districts are
directed to select the best instructional material per leaming area and per key stage to be
displayed in the designated booth during the event" Onl.v materials that can be distributed both
online and offline shall be included in the festival. Booth display shall be organized by the
clustered districts through the District LR Coordinators on July 7, 2019 at the venue. (Please
see attached file tur the clustering of districts)"
4. Best Contextualized lnstructional Materials per learning area? Best LR Demonstrator and
Well-Organized Booth shall be selected during the festival.

5. Participants are required to wear casual attire (pastel color) with black blazer during the el.ent.

6. Tratel and other incidental expenses incurred b.v the participants during this activity and
putting up of booth shal] be charged against school MOOE while meals and materials shall
be charged against Division Fund subject to the usual COA accounting and auditing
procedures.

7. Immediate dissemination and compliance of this Memorandum is enjoined.
