We shall require a 20% Deposit as a guarantee for the Booking which must be received as soon
as the program date is confirmed or at least 30 days before the date of the Program. In the event
of no show or cancellation of the said Program, a Cancellation Fee shall be imposed as follows:-

Less than 3 days 100% Deposit shall be retained

Less than 7 days 50% Deposit shall be retained
Less than 14 days 10% Deposit shall be retained
