    A pleasant morning to you and to your good office. I am knocking your very humble heart due for not
    attending my duty because of my toothache last night. At around 0100H dated Feb 23, 2019 my teeth start aching
    and i can't controled it. I already took medicine "Dolfinal" but the pain is still remain. Genuinely speaking i don't
    want to absent my duty but unfortunately I cannot take the pain resulting to my absent. I am hoping your kind
    consideration. I will make it to report in your office tomorrow.
