I. Objectives At the end of the session, the students are expected to be able to:
1. Identify the different eras and epochs included in the big bang theory.
2. Make a timeline showing the significant events which occurred during the beginning of the big bang theory and its progression
up until the modern times.
3. Develop patience in doing the timeline.
A. Content Standards The learners demonstrate an understanding of the formation of the universe and the solar system
B. Performance Standards The learners shall be able to:
1. Conduct a survey to assess the possible geologic hazards that your community may experience.
C. Learning Competencies The learners:
1. State the different hypotheses explaining the origin of the universe.

III. Learning Resources Materials: Laptop and speaker which will be used in playing video clips

IV. Procedure A short recap of the discussion during the last meeting will be conducted. Ideas about what they have learned during the last session will be consolidated from the
students and that will serve as the beginning of the lesson for the day.
A video clip about the further discussion of the universe and its origin will be shown to the students.
After which, the students will be asked to do a short oral presentation of what they have learned based on the video. Misconceptions will be corrected as well, if
the students have any.
As a form of evaluation during the day, the students will be given enough time to accomplish a timeline containing the different eras and epochs in the big bang
theory.
V. Remarks Not carried out because of the event on Disaster Risk Reduction in preparation for the upcoming NSED during the morning
and training for teachers was also held during the afternoon.
