NARRATIVE REPORT on the NLC LAC SESSION

July 28, 2023

AGENDA:

1. What went well

 The prepared PowerPoint presentations helped a lot in facilitating the delivery of the
lessons.
 The suggested activities made each meeting fun-filled and engaging.
 Each camp prepared their flags, yells and cheers making them feel the camp- like
vibe.
 There was a simple awarding ceremony on the last meeting where students were
given reward/ merit to inspire them to perform better.

2. What went wrong

 The weather disturbance affected the conduct of NLC activities.

 Some students did not attend due to Typhoon Egay.
 Students had difficulty answering some learning activities (learning tasks were
intended for fast learners).
 The prescribed lessons for the week were not carried out due to weather and time
constraint.
 The materials like students’ workbooks, lesson plans and notes were not completely
reproduced due to lack of resources.

3. Suggestions

 There must be a TV or projector per camp.

 The activities must be sent to respective GCs in case of weather disturbance.
 The learning activities should be reviewed and be modified when necessary (for
Math).
 Follow- up the resources for the production of learning materials.
 Learners must be provided with school supplies.

4. Fun-filled Activities/ Field Activities

 A culminating activity like amazing race will be conducted to consolidate the lessons
every Thursday.

5. Output Wall/ Wall of Answers

 Outputs of students be posted in the output wall to see the collaborative works of
each group and their progress
