 Acted on the Roman Catholic Church’s request for the School’s participation in their Thanks Giving

2  Worked on some Monthly Reports for transmittal to the Division Office.

Brought LCD and Printer to the RBG Computer Shop for repair.

8 Retrieved and brought to school repaired LCD and Printer from RBG Computer Shop.

9 Made and sent a request letter to the Hungduan PNP Chief for their assistance in the conduct of

the Earthquake and Fire Drill.
10  Complied to requests of F 137-A of transferred students to Universities and sent thru request
bearers.

30  Conducted Nutrition Month Celebration w/ PTA, BLGU, and other stakeholders.
 Attended the District School Heads’ Meeting on District Congress at the Hapao ES.
31  Celebrated Nutrition Month w/ the PTA, BLGU, MLGU and other Stakeholders.

2  On OB to Hungduan NHS for the Simple Turn Over of Responsibility w/ Mr. Arsenio Guinyang.
3  Monitored classes, enrolled a number of transferred –in students from private schools and prepared
the current number of enrollees per section per grade level and per gender.
4  A.M. - Transmitted the current List of enrollees to the Division Office.
 P. M.- Had the Simple Turn Over of Responsibility w/ Mr. Baltazar Nawew.
5  On OB to the Division Office. Attended Secondary School Head’s K + 12 Grading System Orientation

8  Reported to Hungduan National High School. Had a get to know - hour w/ the teachers.
 Collected List of teachers’ request for canvass and purchase.
9  On OB to the Municipal Office, attended the MPOC Meeting w/ the Vice-Mayor, Hon. Juliet
Ananayo as the Chairperson.
10  Arranged and rearranged files & folders and cabinets at the School Head’s Office.
11  Prepared Purchase Request of Teachers’ IMs and Reviewed the School’s AIP.

Accountant, Madam Irene Nayao.

18  Especial Non-Working Holiday – Ifugao Day.
19  Prepared the School’s Peace and Order Committee Plan – SPOC.
 Supervised and observed two teachers in TLE G-9 (B/G) and One Filipino teacher.

22  On OB to the Municipal’s Office, attended the 2nd MPOC Meeting.
23  Supervised and observed three teachers: AP, TLE G-7, and Math G-7.
 Prepared the school’s Child Protection Committee.

25  Made Invitation letters to parents, PTA Officers and the Barangay Captain of Hapao for delivery.
26  Conducted the Monthly Faculty Meeting. Planned for the 1st PTA Assembly & K + 12 Advocacy.
27 Saturday – Purchased canvassed School and teachers’ needs.
28 Sunday - Brought purchased materials to school.
29  Conducted the Joint PTA Gen. Assembly and K + 12 Advocacy at the school ground.
 Had an assessment of the conducted activity for improvement.
30  Supervised and observed two teachers in TLE G-8 and English G-10.
31  Posted reminders on the submission of monthly reports at the bulletin board.
