req'd, 20" actual), in violation of SAES-L-108. Engineering!
4 Check valve is oriented in the wrong direction (flow arrow). B 3/2/2006
Reverse check valve to assure correct flow direction.
(Note: Valve to be re-posistioned after test.)

5 Piping clearance to structural bracing is 15 mm in violation of A 1/3/2006 DEF-1/01/05 RLC-1/010/05

2) "A" items are items required to be completed before pressure test can proceed.
3) "B" items are items that can be cleared after pressure test or during re-instatement.
Any "B" items not completed during the re-instatement will be added to the Re-instatement Punchlist Form (SATR-A-2011)
for submission to Saudi Aramco for Mechanical Completion Punchlisting.
