Synthesis of the Film

The story is about a Woman named Florence Nightingale, who believed

that she had a God-given purpose to better mankind, she was born in a
prominent family, but she clearly didn’t care for riches and all, she even
defied her parents desire to marry her off to another socially prominent
family just so she can accept a job as a Superintendent of a Hospital in
London.

The story continues as Florence was appointed by the government to lead

a group of women to turkey, to provide nursing care for soldiers fighting the
war, even with the motivation to improve the unfortunate situation of the
wounded, she experienced obstacles, the Chief of Medical Staff
underestimated Florence and denied her request for more supplies, but
with her devotion and leadership, she was able to negotiate her way to
solve the issue of supply and successfully provided care to the wounded
soldiers.

It just shows how devoted Florence is in providing proper care to anyone;

you don’t need to hold a formal leadership position in order to demonstrate
leadership, she demonstrated being a leader just by serving, all nurses are
leaders by virtue just by assuming the role of nurse,

the health care they need and, when they do get care, burdens them with
