1. Sign up. To use Magisto you will need to create a free account using a Facebook profile or an email address.
2. From the Home page, then select the green button in the upper right hand corner that says “Make a Video.”
3. Choose between starting a video (from scratch) or using one of the pre-made templates that Magisto offers. After you select
“Create a video” now you will need to upload pictures or videos. If you selected a pre-made template then you will need to upload
pictures and videos.
4. Once you are done creating your video, you will select the finishing touches icon located in bright green. In this space, you can
edit your time, add a title, and etc. Then you will select create preview. After selecting preview, you will view your video, add
advanced editing features and lastly you can download and share your video accordingly. Once your video is produced it is ready to
share, and you can share it on multiple social media platforms and add comments below the Magisto video.

MY NAME: Kassidy LaFleche
1. Eighth grade. Magisto can be used for creating an assignment on the different types of biomes using research and adding pictures
to the slideshow or video.
2. Magisto can be used for chronicling a chain of events in order in video format, which could include the metamorphosis of a
caterpillar, the rain cycle, or even the nitrogen cycle.
3. Magisto can also be used by the teacher as notes for the students who are auditory and visual learners. Such as the water cycle.
The teacher could label each slide (Precipitation, Evaporation, Condensation, and Runoff) give examples, definitions and provide
pictures and post to Google Classroom or Class Dojo.

teachers assignments by labeling parts of the body on a teacher provided worksheets assigned through classdojo. Once submitted
the teacher will grade and provide feedback to the student and parents can be informed in real time using the classdojo application
on their smartphones.
2. One can do virtual high five and give the child a sense of accomplishment and can also bolster the child’s competitiveness,
making him/her more willing to use their creativity. Showing appreciation to kids means the world.
3. Class Dojo is a great tool to use to interact with the students and the parents so both parties will know when and what is
happening. This also gives the students access to interact with their peers and complete group assigned projects the fun way (using
technology).

2. Google Drive can be used for many different things and can positively help the teacher and the students. Google
classroom helps the teacher organize their classes by the class periods and can provide students a unique code to join the
classroom and post their assignments and also informational posts such as upcoming events. Google Slides and Google Docs
can be used in the classroom by the students to create many different assignments such as projects, vocabulary cards, and
online graffiti boards. Lastly, if it is an English class, Google Docs has MLA and APA format instructions to help students
structure their paper.
3. Google Drive is also helpful and useful for all grade levels. Google Drives automatically saves your work, therefore even
if you have third graders who forget to save their picture booklet it will save and they can continue to pick up where they left
off.
