Minutes of the Regular Session of the Barangay Council of Barangay Callawa, Buhangin District, and City of
Davao held at the Barangay Hall on May 6, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
The session started at 9:00 a.m with an opening prayer led by the Barangay Kagawad Mark Jorn M. Carreon.
1. Call to Order - The Punong Barangay as the presiding officer called to order for the session had to start.
2. Roll Call: The secretary called the roll and there were 8 SB members, 1 SK present and 100% a quorum was
achieved and declared.
3. Reading of the Minutes of the Previous Session and Approval of the Minutes (April 29, 2019)
The secretary read the minutes of the previous session and there were no verifications or clarifications
made, on motion of Kag. Felipe A. Anding Jr. . duly seconded by Kag.Rene D. Fuentes.., for the approval of the
minutes. It was duly approved.
4. Committee Reports
4.1. Sk Chairperson Lloyd N. Albarracin discussing the youth ball summer sports fest this coming May
26, 2019
5. Business
6. Adjournment: There being no more discussion to undertake, it was moved by Kag. Mark Jorn M. Carreon
and duly seconded by Kgd. Rene D. Fuentes. . To adjourn the session. Adjourned at 12:15 in the morning.
