Minutes of the 2nd Regular meeting of the Sangguniang Barangay held on August
at 6:00 p.m. at the Barangay Hall of Barangay Sta.Rita Norte, Agoo,La Union.

A. Call to Order:
The Regular meeting was called to order by PB. Rogelio R. Garabiles at 6:00
o’clock in the afternoon and continued to preside over the meeting.

B. Invocation
Sangguniang Barangay Carlito P. Carreon led a short prayer.

C. Roll Call:
The Presiding Officer asked the Barangay Secretary to call the roll.
Thereafter, a quorum was declared to be present.

D. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting:

The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the minutes of the
previous meeting. The minutes of the meeting was approved as read.

E. Calendar of Business:

1. PB. Garabiles reminded about the duty monitoring of suspected

COvid-19.
 2. PB. Garabiles reminded about the Katarungang Pambarangay webinar
training..

3. PB. Garabiles informed about the SOC Pen distribution for Senior
Citizens.

E.1. Other business tackled:

1. PB. Garabiles informed the council to strictly implement the no open
burning, aso mo itali mo and no segregation no collection policy.

2. PB. Garabiles informed the council and tanods to continue conducting

roving patrol and strictly implement no illegal gambling and minor’s
curfew hours.

3. PB. Garabiles informed the council to continue planting ornamental

plants within their respective sector as preparation for the upcoming
validation cy 2020.

G. Adjournment
All important matters were discussed and the meeting adjourns at 06:30
o’clock in the afternoon.
