Based on your observation and interview, write a case study report, state your finding
(indicate the problem if any and its effect to the staff and non-staff), comments and suggestions.

Here are things that can be included in your report:

a) Identify 6 safety and health hazards with appropriate picture
b) Relate your findings with OSHA rules and legislation.
c) Estimate the safety and health risks from each and every one of these hazards
d) Priorities and list these hazard based on their risk rating. Determine the most critical safety and health hazards.
e) Fill in all your finding on HIRARC form from DOSH Guideline
