1. Bill comparison and bill checking

Comparison of the bill and cotations of the given materials given by the
Contractor & Civil Engineer to the Architect's expected bill as per
recorded.

Measuring the doors and windows of rooms and toilet (lintel heights) of
first floor to emulate same schedule on second floor. And also checking
the height for elevation drafting.

Observations lift work was at the foundation level and completion

second floor staircase. Second floor slab was casted.
Used of siporex bricks placement. Demolishing of the second floor
parapet.

Provided- soft copy railing design with dimensions and punchers at

required places.

2. Tiles and lift tank details coating

Completion of lift hollow cast and the railing design which was provided.
Gunite at the wall was just stated.
Third floor casting of staircase was in progress.
Work of third floor slab and walls of second floor box type windows
details for storage.
Cross-checking given toilet provided in second floor. ( As per the cidco
the building can be raised up to 9 mts ht approval for considering the hr
of oht) and third floor ht was restricted as of other floors for addition of
oht above it
Provide - soft copy arrangements toilet details at third floor and the
placement of oht tanks, piping layouts.
Finalizing the coating and material data for the tank (oht).

3.Staircase and toilet details

Passage of the third floor with the elevation feature was on progress.
Spraying of concert and placing pebbles as an elevation features was
finalized. Walls arrangement and placement we completed and finishing
work was on process.
On Working - oh tank coatings , extending piping system, adding
waterproofing layer for ugt expanding.
Completion of Third floor toilet details. Terrace floor waterproofing layer
bitumen . ( Note terrace besides third floor ).
Provided: soft copy of tiles layouts

4. Finalizing
Lift company survey (Schindler Lifts).
Provided: changes in Electrical layouts was given with added fixtures
estimates.
on working : Chaja work , flooring and dado work , plastering and
painting work, extra details on adding doors and windows louvers to the
toilet.
Completion: sanitation and plumbing fixtures.
