The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers CPC – Capiz Student Chapter (PICE CPC – CSC) will be joining in
the 20TH NATIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING STUDENTS’ SUMMIT which will be held on July 26, 2019 at the
Tagaytay International Convention Center Aguinaldo Highway, Tagaytay City with the theme:
“COMPETENCY ADVANCEMENT TOWARDS C.E. 4.0”.

The National Civil Engineering Students’ Summit of PICE has the following objectives:
a) To further develop the PICE Student Members’ leadership skills and professionalism;
b) To argue the level of consciousness, values, discipline and social awareness;
c) To sustain the motivation to achieve academic excellence; and,
d) To allow the students interact with other members.

In this regard, we are asking your good office to allow us to join the summit. This is not a compulsory
activity. The participation of the students is voluntary.

Attached herewith are the list of participants, letter of invitation from PICE National Chapter, Copy of the
program, parents/guardian consent of participants (waiver) and budget listing.
