TRAINING DESIGN

I. Rationale

Facilitation is improvisational work requiring knowledge and skills, a sense of purpose and the
ability to pay attention to several dimensions simultaneously. In our 3 day Seminar/ training design
our mainly focus is to enhance and develop skills of the participants in terms of Facilitation.
Participants are expected to acquire and refine maps and tools to increase their flexibility,
confidence and self-authenticity as facilitator so that they build up sense of responsibility to be
extremely productive leaders, and to be excellence facilitators for the 21st Century Learners.

At the end of the training, the participants are expected to:
1. Be more persistent to engage his/ her students in classroom activity.
2. Demonstrate collaborative effort between teachers and students in the classroom
management.
