II. Description of the game

Every team will have 5 paper plates that will be placed on different parts of their body.
They will walk around in the room/area and the first team who will finish the game with the
shortest time will win.

VI. How to play the game

*There are 5 paper plates for every team.

1. The first member will put the 1st paper plate between his knees, 2nd and 3rd on the left
and right underarm, 4th will be in between his neck and shoulder and the last paper plate will
be on his right hand and use it as a fan.

2. After placing the paper plates, the first member will run or walk to a designated area to
make a U-turn back to the starting line.

3. The first member will give the paper plates to the next player and do the same.

4. The team that will finish with the shortest time will be the winner.

CALAMANSI RELAY

II. Description of the game

Every team will be given plastic spoons and calamansi. The spoon will be the tool to
relay calamansi from one player to another.

III. Materials and Equipment Needed

- Calamansi

-Plastic Spoon

- Speed

- Balance

- Body composition

- Coordination

VI. How to play the game

1. Each member of the team will carry the calamansi with a plastic spoon in their mouth.

2. Starting from a certain position, the member races to a designated spot and then back to
his/her team mates where he/she relays the calamansi thru the spoon.

3. The first team to finish wins.

PLASTIC CUP RELAY

II. Description of the game

Each members of the team have cups and straws. They should relay all the cups up to
the last member and stack cups in one place orderly.

VI. How to play the game

1. Each member of the team will have a straw in their mouth. It is the tool to relay the cups up
to the last member of the team.

2. The last player should stack the cups in one place.

3. The team that will finish with the shortest time will be the winner.

II. Description of the game

The players need to guide the biscuit from their forehead into their mouth using only
their facial muscles.

VI. How to play the game

1. Every member of the team will be given a biscuit. It will be placed in their forehead.

2. The players must move the biscuit from their forehead to their mouth using only their facial
muscles and eat it the biscuit.

3. There will be a time limit and the team who eats more biscuits will be the winner.
