Terms and Condition

*Under this quotation, The client is referred to "Simple Tech One Co.,Ltd. " and contractor is Strata Geotechnical Investigation co.,ltd.

*The Client shall provide the construction drawing , drilling water, removing obstructions and the borehole location points on the ground.

*The geotechnical soil report shall complrises boring logs, photographs of site activities, borehole locations,

*cross section profile, field test result and summary of laboratory test data.

*The number of in-situ tests and laboratory tests will be changed according to actual ground

condition and to get the design specification of greater depth and the addational payment will be charged on them.

* The standard penetration test is conducted then 1.5m interval up to end of borehole.

*The whole process of investigation ( lab + report ) will take 2 -3weeks after finished the borehole drilling.

*The client shall supply water for drilling or the cost of water for drilling shall be paid by client.

*If the secrity of night is not provided by the client, the price for night security shall be claimed.

*Client have to pay 30% down payment when starting the project and the next 40 % will have to pay after finished the site

investigation (Borehole Drilling). And then the last 30 % down payment will have to pay all testing finished,

including with Laboratory testing and reporting.
