Scope of Work Trainee’s Write-Up Trainer’s Comment

I’ve been assigned temporarily at Area 1 under

the supervision of Engr. Ringo Aquino (Proj.
Superintendent). The exposure is also similar
when I’m at area 4, the only difference is I
handled 15 workers; 8 Skilled and 7 labors and
more equipment was there since the area is the
priority target for the milestone. I also exposed of
the preparation and installation of Armor Joints.
Surveyor is also involved for this matter. They
Supervise Sub-base check elevation before concrete pouring. Weather
Preparation for SOG monitoring is also important because it affects the
preparation of sub-base and also the schedule of
pouring of SOG. Proper coordination and
communication is always important aspects no
matter what kind of work is. Proper treatment for
the workers is also important so that you will gain
their respect and cooperation as well. Good, safe
and clean workplace must implement because it
will reflect your personality.
