1. Ringkasan
Summary :
SOP Sampling ini merupakan standar dalam kegiatan pengambilan sample yang menerangkan
mengenai Tujuan, Singkatan, Tugas, tanggung jawab dan akuntabilitas, Prosedur, Penutup,
Dokumen Terkait, Form terkait, Referensi, serta Lampiran/penggabungan dalam kegiatan
pengambilan sample.
This Sampling SOP is standard in Sampling activities which describes the Purpose, Tasks,
responsibilities and accountability, Procedures, Closing, Related Documents, Related Forms,
References , and Attachment/Annexes in Sampling activities.

 2. Tujuan
Purpose :
a. mencegah dan atau menghilangkan kecelakaan kerja selama pengambilan sampel
b. mengatur tahapan dan mengendalikan proses pengambilan sampel sesuai standar.

5. Prosedur
Procedure :
5.1 Mark lokasi sample pada GPS, tunggu hingga akurasi terbaik tercapai.
Mark sample location in GPS, wait until best accuracy reached.
5.2 Deskripsikan keadaan asal sample. Sample yang berasal dari tambang/singkapan di
deskripsikan dalam Form Deskripsi Singkapan Batubara, sedangkan sample yang berasal
dari core di deskripsikan dalam Drill log.
Descripts sample source. Sample from mine/outcrops descripts in Coal Outcrop Description
Form, samples from core descripts in Drill Log Form.
5.3 Foto sample, catat nama foto, waktu dan tanggal pengambilan foto.
Photograph samples, write photos names, time and date each photos taken.
5.4 Lakukan Sampling sesuai Work Instruction. Sampling pada tambang/singkapan mengikuti
Work Instruction Sampling di Tambang/Singkapan, sedangkan Sampling Core mengikuti
Work Instruction Sampling Core.
Do Sampling as Work Instruction. Sampling in Mine/Outcrops do as Sampling in
Mine/Outcrop Work Instruction, while Core Sampling do as Core Sampling Work

 5.5 Bawa sample ke camp/mess.
Bring sample to camp/mess.
Serahkan sample kepada Team Leader, kantung sample dan isinya harus rapi, bersih dan
tersegel dengan baik sebelum diterima, kemudian isi Form Sampling.
Give samples to Team Leader, sample bag and its contents are should be neat, clean and
well sealed before received, and fill Sampling Form.
5.6 Simpan sample dan jaga agar selalu dalam keadaan baik, isi form sample list.
Keep samples in appropriate condition, fill sample list Form.
5.7 Team Leader membuat permintaan sample-sample yang akan dilakukan analisa di
laboratorium dengan mengisi Form Perminataan Analisa Lab Sampel Batubara yang
ditujukan kepada management.
Team Leader make a requet of samples that will be analyze on lab and fill Coal Sample Lab
analyze Request Form to Management.
5.8 Sample-sample yang telah disetujui management untuk dilakukan analisa lab dikirimkan
ke laboratorium analisa batubara.
Samples that approved by management to be analyze in lab send to coal analyzing
Laboratorium.
5.9 Management menerima hasil analisis batubara dari laboratorium.
Management Receive Coal Analysis Result from lab.
5.10 Data-data hasil lab ditambahkan pada Form Sample List setelah hasil analisa sample
dikeluarkan oleh laboratorium analisa batubara diberikan oleh Management..
Lab datas added to List Sample Form after analyze result issued by coal analyze
laboratorium given by Management.

6 Penutup
Closing:
6.1 Kembali remark lokasi sample yang belum di tandai di GPS
Remark sample location that not marked in GPS
6.2 Lengkapi deskripsi sample pada Form Deskripsi Singkapan atau Drill Log data sample yang
belum lengkap
Complete sample description on Outcrop description Form or Drill Log all incomplete
sample datas.
6.3 Laporkan pada Team Leader jika tidak ada foto sample beserta alasannya
Report to Team Leader if no sample photograph with the reasons/excuse.
6.4 Lakukan sampling ulang pada singkapan yang tidak disampling sesuai WI.
Resampling outcrops that not sampling as WI
6.5 Ambil sample yang tertinggal atau tidak terbawa ke mess
Bring back to mess all left or not carried samples.
6.6 Rapikan sample yang kotor, tidak rapi, tidak tersegel, sobek atau tidak ditandai dengan
baik sebelum diberikan kepada Team Leader.
Fix and rewrap dirty, unneat, unsealed, torn, not marked well samples/sample bag before
given to Team Leader.
6.7 Team Leader melapor pada management jika tidak dapat menyimpan sample dengan baik
atau ada sample yang hilang
Team leader report to Management if cannot keep samples properly or if any missing
samples.

 6.8 Revisi perminataan analisa lab sample yang tidak disetujui management
Revise Sample Lab Analyze Request that not approved by Management.
6.9 Lapor kepada management jika tidak dapat mengirim sample ke lab atau jika sample
ditolak oleh lab.
Report to management if can not send samples to lab or if samples rejected by lab.
6.10 Management menanyakan ke lab jika hasil analisa belum diterima pada waktu yang telah
ditentukan.
Management ask lab if Analysis result is not received in determined time.
6.11 Team leader melengkapi Data List samle dengan data analisa batubara dari lab, kecuali
jika management tidak memberikan data analisa batubara dengan alas an tertentu.
Team Leader complete Sample list with Coal Analyze data, unless Coal Analyze Data were
not given by management for a reasons.
6.12 Data hasil analisa lab harus disimpan dengan baik dan merupakan rahasia perusahaan.
Seluruh Karyawan PT. Surya Jaya Energy tidak diizinkan untuk memberikan data hasil
analisa lab kepada pihak lain baik secara lisan maupun tertulis.
Lab analysis result data should be stored properly and is a company secret. All Employees
of PT. Surya Jaya Energy is not allowed to share/provide lab analysis result data to others
both writing or orally.
