    CALLIGRAPHY COMPETITION 
    ​
    GENERAL RULES 

     
    ● Only individual entries are eligible. 
    ● The decision of the judges will be final and will not be subjected to any change. 
    ● The participants shall not be allowed to use mobile phones or other electronic 
    gadgets. 
    ● The audience shall not give any hints or clues to the competitors. 
    ● There will be 3 rounds in this competition. 
    ● Participants will be judged on the basis of their creativity and calligraphy skills. 
     
     

    ​​ ROUND 1 
     
    ● Each participant would be given a common quote/word/phrase. 
    ● There will be a time limit. 
    ● A sheet of paper and the utensils will be provided to the participants. 
    ● All the participants have to calligraph the given quote/word/phrase on the sheet. 
     
     
     

    ​ ROUND 2 
    ● An image will be shown on the screen which is based on some theme. 
    ● The participants have to think about a word/phrase/sentence based on the theme 
    and they have to calligraph and decorate it on the sheet provided. 
    ● There will be a time limit. 
    ● Participants will be judged on the basis of their creativity and calligraphy skills. 
     

    ​ ROUND 3 
    ● It is the final round of the competition. 

     
      
     

    ● Some words will be given to the participants and they have to prepare a 
    phrase/sentence from it and calligraph it on the sheet provided. 
    ● Winners will be decided on the basis of creativity and calligraphy. 
    ● There will be a time limit.
